We’re all guilty of it. Seeing a fabulous new “app” or online service advertised through social media or just with a regular search on the app store, and we get sucked in by the intelligent graphics and free trials, and lo and behold, a week later, we still haven’t opened it. Once.

That is the symptom of the information and download overload that we all face in today’s fast-paced living, and it’s a real shame because, in the sea of endless applications, there are a few that can genuinely change your life when you interact with them. Here are 3 of them.
#1 Evernote
Evernote will change the way you organize your life and keep you on track while you’re doing it. It synchronizes effortlessly with your devices, and you can capture websites, screenshots, add notes, videos, media, and more just by using this app as an extension on your browser and keeping it open on your desktop. Have a read of this review by PCMag, and you get a free trial.
Evernote’s company page also has a blog where you can get advice and tips on using the app from other users, and it’s super easy and very cool to get involved. The more you interact with this app, the more you will find reasons to interact with it. Evernote is going to become the place where you record, organize, keep, store, flip between, plan, schedule, alert, keep voice notes, memos, and stick notes from now on.
#2 SodaPDF
SodaPDF is an online document converter that makes it beyond easy to convert documents from someone format to another just by dragging the source document to the desired format page on the online service, it takes just seconds, and you can try it online for free. There are few things as aggravating as trying to interact between different documents on different platforms only to find the platform you’re using doesn’t like the document you have. So when you need to convert that .tiff to a pdf urgently, this is going to be your new best friend. It does all the other ones too.
#3 FlowVella
Suppose you’re the savvy sort that uses your tablet for presentations, and you’re on the road delivering sales presentations, public speaking events, or educational speeches (to name a few). In that case, you’re going to love FlowVella.
“FlowVella is an interactive presentation platform that includes an iPad/iPhone app, a Mac app, and a website for viewing presentations, built first for the iPad and web. FlowVella allows users to create, publish and share presentations through their cloud-based SaaS system.” With thanks to our friends at Wikipedia.com.
If you’re thinking about starting a business, it’s a good idea to put some thought into what tools are available around you to make your life easier. The business environment changes so rapidly that it can seem a little challenging to keep ahead sometimes. But take a look at the three apps we’ve introduced you to today; they’re a very decent block from which to start.
